Vol. VI · MMXXVI
§ 00 · the work
Two ways to work together: a partnership, or a standalone.
Most of what we do is an ongoing partnership that starts by understanding how your business actually runs. A couple of things stand alone, for when you want a single answer instead of a relationship.

§ 01 · where to start
The diagnostic first, unless you already know what to build.
The diagnostic is the default. If the build thinking is already done, you can come straight in.
If you are not sure what you need, or you want ongoing support
From there it becomes custom development or the retainer, depending on what the audit finds.
If you already know exactly what you want built
If the scope is not grounded enough to build well, we say so and point you to the diagnostic.
The retainer always starts with a diagnostic. Custom development can start either way.
Start a scoping exchange →§ 02 · the partnership
The partnership, in three forms.
One front door, then the work that fits what the audit finds.

| What it is | Audit, roadmap, and proposal. Yours to keep either way. | Fixed-scope builds: a client portal, an onboarding system, a workflow integration. | Ongoing operations and systems leadership. |
| How it starts | The front door. | Through a diagnostic, or a quick scoping exchange. | Always starts with a diagnostic. |
| Term | Two to four weeks. | Quoted per project, scoped to the deliverable. | Six-month minimum, then month to month. |
| Build & automation | Not included | The build itself. | Custom development and AI automation included. |

§ 03 · standalone
For when you only need one answer.
Two things you can engage on their own, outside the partnership.

Quote on request
Sometimes a business needs only a website, with no operations layer. When the work fits, we build it as a standalone project and hand off the code at delivery.
See web design →Also available
Hosting and maintenance can continue alongside a standalone website at $150/month, bundled. Optional at delivery, month-to-month after launch.
§ 04 · begin
Not sure which fits? Start with a diagnostic.
The audit tells us both what you actually need, before you commit to anything ongoing. You leave with a written assessment and roadmap that are yours to keep, whichever way it goes.
Let me know your thoughts and we can go from there.
